A friend recommended Dr. Erika’s 30 day plan to me. It was so clear and concise, I couldn’t believe a doctor had written it. In addition, Dr. Erika’s recollections of so many women in my predicament was reassuring and comforting. I have been following Dr. Erika’s plan for over two months now, I feel incredible! I even got MY own doctor to follow the 30 day plan and she couldn’t be happier as well. I thank you and so does my doctor as you have opened our eyes to a better life.

5 Stars Easy and simple, real results
I echo the other women who thought Dr. EriKa has helped them feel better fast. I saw Dr.Erika on PBS and I follow the plan every day. For the first time in 10 years I feel like myself again.
This is the only book written by a doctor I have ever read that is simple, easy to follow and not in doctor lingo. Dr. Erika truly cares and has the answers.

5 Stars It Worked for Me!
Dr. Erika’s 30 day plan is the greatest thing to ever happen to me. I am in my early 50’s but felt much older…until I saw Dr. Erika on TV and bought her book. I followed Dr. Erika’s diet, suggestions for exercise, supplements and the hormones. I did the ENTIRE plan and it is so SO easy. I had tried so many diets, but all they did was starve me. And three months after those fad diets, the weight was back. But Dr. Erika taught me, the reason that diets don’t work is becuase the rest of my body has to be balanced….hormones. So now I am balanced and I have lost 40 pounds! Not to mention, no hot flashes and I am sleeping through the night. Thank you Dr. Erika.

2 Stars Very poorly written
I saw the author on tv and bought this book. It is very poorly written and contains nothing new that I hadn’t read already in Time and Newsweek.
